Consumer Products
I set the creative vision for Fortnite’s consumer products program, building the foundation that helped the brand thrive at retail. I created the Loot Drop program, which became the backbone of our asset library and a driver of countless collaborations. Along the way I secured yearly budgets, sourced and hired artists, curated artwork, and developed processes that turned the Fortnite IP into a wide range of successful products.

Loot Drops
I launched the Loot Drop, a quarterly package of artwork, direction, and living guidelines that kept Fortnite’s consumer products fresh and on brand. I pitched it, secured funding, and sourced and directed a roster of artists to build the program. The Loot Drop is still going strong today, with more than a dozen releases and a vast library of assets built over time. Below are just a few pages from a normal loot drop.
Peely Joy-Cons
I partnered with Nintendo to bring Peely to life as a Joy-Con, from concept to packaging. His face appears on the front, with a hidden banana peel detail on the back. It was a playful nod that turned one of Fortnite’s most beloved characters into hardware.
Fortnite x Nerf
I partnered with Nerf to bring Fortnite blasters to life, creating several dozen products that became the brand’s top-selling line for a time. I contributed to ideation, character selection, and packaging art direction, and I reviewed commercials and marketing creative to ensure everything stayed true to the Fortnite brand.
Darkfire Retail Bundle
I designed the Darkfire Cosmetic Bundle, Fortnite’s first retail case. Working with the CG art team on posing and using UV gloss, embossing, and foil, I turned three simple renders into a bold, collectible package.
Moose Toys
I partnered with Moose Toys to launch the Fortnite Battle Royale Collection, shaping a lineup of our most iconic characters and in-game elements. I oversaw ideation, packaging design, and tooling reviews to ensure the figures captured the spirit of the brand.
Casetify x Fortnite
I collaborated with Casetify on a collection of phone cases, AirPod cases, watch bands, and bottles built around a “Fortnite party” theme. I led the ideation and design phase, working with Casetify to weave in musical, food, and dance elements that gave the collection its energy. From Peely’s disco ball eyes to playful concert details, the collection sold out within a week.
Fortnite x Revolution
For the Fortnite x Revolution Beauty collaboration, I oversaw the creative direction while Sarah Kunz led design. The collection leaned heavily on Loot Drop assets, showing how powerful that program became for consumer products. The result was a clean, playful line that made the Fortnite brand instantly recognizable on shelf.
Fortnite x BLVCK Paris
I directed the Fortnite x Blvck Paris collaboration, a campaign designed to age up the brand with a more fashion-forward edge. We kept it sophisticated while still weaving in playful touches like a custom rubber duck and a graphic tee built from Loot Drop artwork.
Fortnite x Secret Lair
A rare crossover between Magic: The Gathering and Fortnite. I helped shape the look and feel of the set, from early concepting and artist selection to final creative reviews, translating Fortnite’s humor and energy into Magic’s collectible world.
